Do you cater for people with allergies and intolerances?
All our products are 100% gluten-free!
Our kitchen is completely free from gluten-containing ingredients, and our equipment and storage are dedicated solely to gluten-free baking. That means zero risk of cross-contamination.
We proudly cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions and are committed to being an allergy-friendly bakery — with one important exception: nuts. Our kitchen handles all types of nuts, so we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment.
⚠️ Your responsibility:
Please clearly state all allergies and intolerances when placing your order. This helps us ensure your safety and satisfaction. We take every precaution possible, but we rely on accurate information from you to do so.
How do I place an order?
You can contact us by emailing GFPBristol@gmail.com or by completing the contact form below. A member of our team will get back to you within 48 hours to discuss your enquiry or arrange a consultation.
Please note: During busy periods, responses may take longer than 48 hours. We appreciate your patience and will respond as soon as possible.
How much notice do you need?
We kindly ask for at least two weeks’ notice for cakes and bakes. As all of our products are freshly made to order, we do not offer same-day or next-day delivery.
Our diary fills up quickly, so we strongly recommend enquiring well in advance to avoid disappointment. While we occasionally accommodate last-minute requests, this is rare and cannot be guaranteed.
Thank you for your understanding!
Do you deliver?
Delivery is available Tuesday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. We offer three delivery/collection slots:
9.30am to 12.30pm
2.30pm to 2.30pm
3.30pm to 5.30pm
You must indicate at the time of order your preferred option. We may deliver at any time during these delivery windows.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We’re pleased to offer free local delivery within a 2-mile radius of the Gluten For Punishment kitchen, using our own dedicated vehicles to ensure your cake arrives safely and on time.
For deliveries beyond 2 miles, a delivery charge will apply based on the destination postcode. We’ll confirm this with you during the ordering process.
Can I collect my order?
Collection is available Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. We offer three Collection slots;
9.30am to 12.30pm
12.30pm to 2.30pm
3.30pm to 5.30pm.
You must indicate at the time of order your preferred option. You can only collect during your selected collection window. Failed collections will be resold.
Do you require a deposit?
To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit upfront. This deposit guarantees your date and protects us in the rare event of non-attendance.
Please note that your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received, and your date will remain available to other clients until then.
Products will not be made until full payment has been received. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the agreed delivery or collection date. All deposits are non-refundable.
If your order is required within two weeks of the delivery or collection date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
How do I pay?
You can make your payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or card payment. Please note that PayPal payments incur a 6% fee, and card payments incur a 2.5% fee. Bank transfers do not carry any additional charges.
Once you’re ready to proceed, let me know your preferred payment method and I’ll send over the relevant details.
Can you copy a design?
We love creating bespoke cakes and cupcakes, and we always encourage our customers to be as creative as possible with their ideas.
While we’re happy to use reference images or previous designs for inspiration, we do not offer exact replications. Each of our cakes is handmade, which means slight variations are natural and expected.
We put a great deal of time and care into making your cake as close to your vision as possible, but we also believe that every cake should be a unique and beautiful creation in its own right.
