Amy, the owner and baker behind Gluten For Punishment, is coeliac and has extensive knowledge and understanding of coeliac disease and gluten intolerance. Her personal experience drives her passion for creating safe, delicious, and beautiful cakes that everyone can enjoy — without compromise.

Custom Cake

Ordered a custom cake for my dad’s 60th. I am a coeliac therefore needed gluten free.

Owner themselves is a coeliac so it was reassuring.

Gave a rough sketch of what we wanted for the cake and it was designed perfectly. Couldn’t have been better. The sponge was very light, and the balance of sponge to icing was just right. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Ginger Bread House

The kids absolutely loved the ginger bread house and the colour your own biscuits. Seeing the joy in my sons face when he realised they were safe for him was just amazing. I would 100% recommend gluten for punishment, their customer service was impeccable and the products were delicious.

Coffee and Walnut

I ordered two decorated birthday cakes, the coffee and walnut flavour and the ultimate chocolate fudge, both were delicious!!
